Two years ago, ReCheng purchased a Japanese Saori loom and began the slow process of teaching herself how to weave. Relocating to Tel Aviv during the pandemic and where she now resides part of the year, ReCheng finally has the space and time to devote to a medium that she was attracted to but had little time to explore until now. These weavings are visual diaries that capture the colors and movement of a dynamic urban landscape that sits next to the Mediterranean Sea.
